Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method. Delivery times vary by carrier but typically take 3–7 business days within the U.S. and 7–21 business days for international orders.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
International Orders: Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Black Sheep Project is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you believe your package is lost or stolen.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: All sale items, limited-edition drops, and custom designs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at [blacksheep.pjct@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
